Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
CODE AI ("we", "us") provides AI, coding and robotics education programs for school students, diploma holders and engineering undergraduates. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
When you submit the Request a Demo form we collect the details you enter:
- School or student name
- Contact person's name
- Phone number
- City
- The service you are interested in, and your optional message
When you submit the Careers application form we collect:
- The role you are applying for
- Your full name, phone number and city
- Your resume, if you choose to share it: either a PDF file you attach (up to 10 MB), or a link to it (for example Google Drive or LinkedIn). An attached PDF is stored privately in CODE AI's database storage and can only be opened by authorized CODE AI staff
- Any message you choose to add
We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers or student photographs through this website.
2. How we use it
We use inquiry details only to respond to you, schedule demos or classes, and follow up about the service you asked about. We use job application details only to consider you for a role at CODE AI and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
3. How your submission reaches us, and where it is stored
When you submit the Request a Demo form or the Careers application form, your details are saved securely in CODE AI's database so that we can follow up with you. The database is hosted by Supabase on servers in Mumbai, India. Access is limited to authorized CODE AI staff.
The Request a Demo form also opens a pre-filled message in WhatsApp. It is only sent when you press Send. Once sent, it is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. The Careers application form does not use WhatsApp.
You can also contact us directly by phone or email.
4. Children's information
Our programs are designed for students, many of whom are under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website. If an inquiry concerns a child, it must be submitted by a parent, guardian or school representative, who confirms this by ticking the consent box on the form.
We do not publish the names or photographs of students on our website or social channels without written consent from their parent or guardian.
5. Third-party services
- YouTube videos are embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which avoids storing cookies until you press play. Google may still collect usage data when you play a video.
- Supabase hosts our database (servers in Mumbai, India). It stores the inquiries and applications you submit, including any resume PDF you attach, and it supplies the totals shown in the impact figures on our home page. Those totals contain no personal information, but your IP address is visible to Supabase when your browser requests them.
- WhatsApp is used to send Request a Demo inquiries to us, as described above.
- Cloudflare Turnstile protects the Request a Demo and Careers forms from spam by checking that a real person is using the page. To do this, Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser, such as your IP address. We also keep a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of your IP address for up to two days to limit how many forms can be sent from one place; we never store the address itself.
6. Retention and security
We keep inquiry and application details only as long as needed to respond to you and manage any program or role you join, and then delete them. When we delete a job application, any resume PDF attached to it is deleted with it. We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Parents and guardians may make these requests on behalf of their child.
8. Contact us
For any privacy question or request, email codeai.edu@gmail.com or call 7980610537.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
